CROWN CLUB LLC ("Crown Club", "we") serves beverages, sells online, provides information services, rents property, provides management consulting, organises performing arts and operates a concert hall. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Bookings and tickets
Name, phone, email and booking details, kept for 12 months.
3. Online store
Name, phone, delivery address and orders; payments via licensed providers.
4. At events
Shows may be photographed and filmed, as announced on tickets and at the entrance. Staff may check ID for age; documents are not copied. Cameras at entrances, marked with signs, kept up to 30 days.
5. Newsletter
Email address, with consent; unsubscribe in every message.
6. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, consent, legal obligations (alcohol rules, tax), legitimate interests (security).
7. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
